Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

14-Day Return Policy in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
